About

From local newsrooms in Ukraine to career coaching in Canada, my professional path has been anything but ordinary.

I started my career at 15 as a freelance correspondent for three local newspapers, later becoming a news anchor and reporter for a regional TV station. When life took me to Poland, I began working as a recruiter in an employment agency — without prior recruitment experience but with strong communication skills and fluency in Ukrainian and Polish, which quickly became my advantage.

Over seven years in Poland, I progressed from recruiter to Regional Sales Manager for a job agency, mastering the entire recruitment cycle — from attracting new clients to the legal employment and relocation of foreign specialists. My biggest achievement? Recruiting 300 employees in just three weeks for Electrolux manufacturing and building a network of freelance recruiters I worked with for the next decade.

After relocating to Canada, I worked for a non-profit organization as a Career Consultant. I have written over 500 resumes for specialists across industries, conducted 450+ hours of interview preparation, and supported 1,500+ clients in navigating the Canadian and European job markets.

I am not just a recruiter who fills vacancies — I am a strategist who builds processes and helps companies grow by forming the right teams. I am not just a certified career coach — I am someone who has personally experienced job search challenges and understands the process inside out.

My motto: A successful business starts with a professional team. If you share this vision — let’s work together.
