SOUL
In April 2025, I joined the Seeds for Unity and Love (SOUL) team — and was immediately inspired by the incredible women I met there: talented, independent, confident professionals united by one vision — to create an international women’s community that inspires, supports, educates, and connects women from all over the world.
I was initially invited to contribute to the project blog, but given my background in journalism, I was soon asked to prepare the script for the very first SOUL Talks — a weekly Tuesday series featuring speakers from diverse industries. After the success of our first live session, I was offered the role of Global Communication Strategist.
Since SOUL’s mission is to build a global network of local chapters, we started in Canada. In July 2025, our local SOUL team organized the very first offline SOUL event in Calgary, where I led my first workshop on creating a mossarium using natural accessories and preserved moss. Our signature format combines two masterclasses in one meeting:
1. A learning & inspiration session — where a guest speaker addresses topics that empower proactive women in personal and professional growth.
2. A creative workshop — offering a space for self-expression through art, such as candle making, terrariums, holiday décor, or painting.
For me, SOUL is more than just a community — it’s a movement that brings women together across borders and cultures, giving them the tools, confidence, and inspiration to thrive.
